Just want to get opinions on what soap you are using for your s.s wash.I'm looking for something that has a good showing when applied to the cars and cleans them as well(I'm using a 501 hydrominder)

I use Scotch Plaid's "Red Hot" powder. It's very strong, foams well and isn't excessively expensive. I use a basket with a pH-sensing mixer that keeps it constant in the tank.

Use Clean Rite products. Use the Ultra Lean tips for the Hydrominders.

I use Somoniz Hyper Concentrate Foaming Brush either bannana or watermelon. I take the 5 gal pail and dump it in a 15 gal empty pail then fill it up with water then throw the foam brush and soap hoses in it. Looks great on the cars and if they are really dirty, like now, i add a little alkaline based soap or prep.

I’ve been using Kleen-Rite Vanilla Cream (It’s made by Simonize) for a few years now in the High Pressure soap and the Foam brush. I’ve gotten a number of comments about how nice it looks and smells. I’ve got it set up so it almost looks like spray paint coming out of the gun on high pressure soap. I always get it at the convention, free shipping and buy 3 get one free deal. Comes out to be about $48 for 15 gallons, when mixed with 10 gallons.
