OK, I was advised to use a dual barb injector so I am going to try that. Here is my questions.

I am replacing a GP 100333 Single barb 2.2mm or .086" 3-5gpm injector.

My choices in dual barb are GP 100541 dual barb 2.1mm or .083" 2-4 gpm injector

or

Chemflex .086" dual barb but it says 2.5 gpm

Which one would be the same??? I was thinking the one that says .086" but for some reason it also says 2.5 gpm. I have
my soap dialed in and just want to add a foamer.

Thank you!

Unfortunately, it won't work as you are expecting. Just use whichever you prefer with about the same size of nozzle bushing (.083 to .086 is very close). The nozzle bushing sizing is so that the injector sucks properly with the pump flow and pressure going through it - something you will not be changing. However, changing from a single to dual barb will throw everything off and you will have to start over with tip sizes. The suction load on the injector will now be divided in half, and the restriction in tip size on one side of the injector will cause more suction on the other. Just changing one sides tip will make small adjustments on both of the chemicals being used.
