I've bought Cryptopay, & want to switch my DH Touch Select 2000 timers out, for Dixmor COUNT UP. Which Timer do I buy, & where are they the cheapest? K-R?

I learned today from CryptoPay that on the Dixmor LED7 timer, the customer is not charged for the current segment of time until that period is up. I called to find out why cc were not being charged full amount. So for example, $2 = 3 min 12 seconds. (.25 = 24 secs) If customer runs timer to 3 min 35 seconds, they still get charged $2. That's how it works with LED7 don't know about other timers.
