Its such a pain to try to purchase anything from carwash superstore as a walk in customer. You have to call and place your order ahead of time. When you call they won't just transfer your call, you get the 3rd degree from the receptionist, who are you, what company are you with, etc, like it makes a difference to transfer your call. I tried 3 times to give my name last time and they kept getting it wrong, I got so disgusted, I hung up and ordered elsewhere. Then you have to call when you arrive and wait in your car for 10 minutes for someone to open the door for you. If something is wrong with your order or you change your order then you have to wait longer to fix your bill. It seems like all they really want to be anymore is a mail order store. It started when covid was going strong, which was understandable, but now its just ridiculous. Just curious if Kleen-rite does the same thing for walk in customers? Hopefully this is just temporary as covid seems like a thing of the past at this point.
