coin jam? I'll probably start by emptying the whole hopper completely. Unplugging it, taking it out and giving it a good clean out/blowout. Refill part of the way and test it.

I have plenty of Gold Dollar coins in the hopper. What's the deal?

You can no longer just call them up.?

Nope, you have to make an appointment unless you are a distributor. They are discontinuing manufacturing and support for that machine will eventually end.

Amazingly though, it seems many operators are figuring out their own problems without factory support. I think it's a testament to a good initial design. Used WSIIs will likely be common for at least another 10-20 years. Mine were manufactured in 2001.

Seems to me someone technically inclined could build their own cashier with a PLC and use crytopay as an CC interface pretty simply.
