Symptoms:
No blower no high pressure but gantry rolls over car (haven't seen this but how problem was explained to me)

When I first noticed a problem while I was there a customer came out with a wet car but I noticed the dryer did not kick on.

I put it into the test mode and toggled blowers on. When I went into bay I heard gantry clicking and blower trying to come on (pulsing kind of off and on).

I checked out put and saw that the power light was on but the communication and two out puts on SRTID 16 Output clicking on and off. This happened once before and I had a loose connection on the terminal strip. I tried swapping out the relays for those two outputs and it started working again but for only about three days.

On Saturday evening I get a call that no functions worked again. When I start troubleshooting I see the flickering again. I assume I have a short or an output problem.

I check the following:
1. terminal strips
2. cables
3. Tighten all wires on output.

Then I take the cover off the blower juction box and I get a small whiff of electrical burn. I Inspect all the starters and I notice on one the solenoid will not push in (I will be replacing Monday). But, I also notice now that when I toggle the blower motor on, I blow the 24V AC fuse in the ECC panel. So I am not real sure where to go after this. I am going to see if fuse holds after I install starter but if doesn't I am not sure what to do. I am not sure if I have multiple problems or one problem, or if one problem created the other.

Anyway, if you can give me your thoughts on this it would be appreciated. If the starter doesn't fix the problem I will probably need a service call.

I have had good luck troubleshooting problems like this by calling Randy Miller in Harrisburg. When he helps me I buy my parts from him. A little pricey, but always lots of good advice. He is very helpfull.

Already have an email into Randy. You are correct, these guys are great for phone support. I still use these guys for most of my parts, but not for consumables.

Try with replacing the coil in your contactor or make sure your overload settings match FLA on your blower motor,Wish you luck!!!
