Would someone mind telling me what their PSI for their WW2 Foaming Wax runs at?

Mine seems to hover at 80 psi and spits mostly air at the upper left during the pass. So i think a new procon pump may be in order to bring the psi higher.

Thank you

I don't know for sure but 80psi seems about right. Have you tried reducing the air pressure a bit? You could also try strengthening your solution a little

I have also gated one side of my tricolor supply after it left the foam generator before to "even out" the flow. You could try that with a simple hose clamp.

Thank you for the suggestions cfcw.

I've reduced the air pressure before but then it didn't spray far enough. I'll strengthen the solution and see how it goes, if it doesn't help i'll gate one side of the supply so it evens out as suggested.

Thanks

Thanks for the advice toddmullens, but i'm not sure the WW2.0 has any foaming wax generators?

Looking through the parts manual, i can only find the Presoak Foamers (attached the photo and circled in red).

I only have 2, 2.0 machines, and they have foam generators on them but they were added along with flow control valves on each side to fine tune the spray. We have 16 1.0's with individual foam generators on each color. It's a completely different setup on the 1.0. I don't see how it will ever come out correctly without some kind of foam generator in the line.

80 psi should be more than enough pressure on the liquid line. Try cutting the air completely off and see what psi your pump is producing without the air.

Yeah that make sense. I'll go and check if my 2.0 came with any foam generators, otherwise i'll probably have to install some.

Cheers for the help toddmullens.
