Please help, my auto(WW1.0) except paid but the Enter Now & Drive Forward are not turning on, the auto machine won’t work at all. Manually check the Gangtry and it function normally. There’s no communication between wash Select II and WW1.0 computer. I have no clue where else to test your help is greatly appreciated.

When you wash button on the Electrical Control Center does it fire a wash?

You can also go into the diagnostics menu of the wash select and manually test the wash relays.

Thank you Greg for your information. Yesterday I found a blown fuse(10A) on channel 1300 in red lion. I ran out of fuses yesterday, blown 5 fuses yesterday during troubleshooting and isolation for the cause. On the Gandtry, driver side, found a pin hose leak on one of the block which soaking wet the whole panel, not sure this leak causing the electrical wire to short out the system and blown the fuse. The leak is fixed and I am going to get more fuses to test it out again today.

Yesterday problems and troubleshooting: After replaced the fuse, auto wash function normally, Wash Select accepted paid, please enter and drive forward lights are turn on but as soon as the car got on the treadle plate the fuse blown. That was when the panel on the auto was soaking wet.

Today everything are dried, will see after I install a new fuse today. on my way to get new fuses.

Hi all, New fuse replaced, on CP control panel, do the test screen all function are work Properly. All lights are tested good except stoplight. Every time I try to turn on stoplight it blown the fuse. Replaced the 24V DC relay for stoplight on the 1300 channel still failed (fuse blown). I’m not sure what needs to check next. I am going to check the treadle eyes and cables. Your input and direction are appreciated.

I've had corroded electrical connections in the stop/go sign cabinet cause the fuse to blow. They have a terminal strip in those that can go bad. Just bypass the terminal and direct wire it. I've also had a bad bulb socket cause it.

Thank you Greg, you are correct. The stop light socket is shorted and caused the fuse to blown. Yesterday I went to Granger but they didn't have the socket. I corrected the socket and it good to go. It was another long day yesterday. Thank you again for your help.
