I have ultimate
doors and have lots of cold weather problems with them. I have a question about the Wyndstar
doors - I looked at a pair of them in Cortland, NY. It looked like it would be impossible to put weatherstipping around the outside perimeter of the
doors. They looked like they would allow a lot of cold air to penetrate the bay. Was my observation correct? Or can they be sealed up around the edges to a reasonable degree? I am considering Wyndstar as a replacement
door on my entry side, which gets a strong prevailing north wind during the winter, and temps in the single digits for days on end are common. Two winters ago we had 10 days straight where it was below zero every night, single digits during the day. Can the Wyndstars keep out the wind and cold?
