I would like to choose two I'd pick Down: worse weather and a declining economy!

As far as the weather, it either rains, snows, or they call for rain almost everyday. If they don't call for rain it is usually still cold and cloudy.

As far as the economy, we have a full-service wash & towel dry automatic, a Touch free, a Quick Lube, 2 detailing bays and a laundromat all has been declining over the last 4 months except the oil change which has stayed steady. We rent out a portion of the end of our building to a fast food restaurant and we know it's bad when they are slow!
