I am new to the forum and recently purchased a 3 self serve, one touchless automatic car wash. None of the self serve bays are working even though we have power to the bays and plenty of water pressure. One reads the coins and the rest will not. One says "slug" and we have changed Slugbuster and coin mech and still says slug. Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated. We will take all the help we can get!
I was doing a quick search to start looking for an appraiser for a self service car wash I'm buying when I found a comment you made in a post last year. Can you point me in the direction of someone who could do an appraisal of a car wash in upstate SC? I'm just getting started putting together what I need for due dilligence.

Thanks!

That is perfect information and will at the very least get me pointed in the right direction! My mom is from Washington state and still has a vacation home there. It's tops on my list of places I'd move to if I ever needed or wanted to relocate.

And Happy New Year to you too!:)

Where's your mom from in Washington state? Scott is a good guy, I've known him for years.

Originally from Renton outside of Seattle, and still has family there. She has a small cabin on Whidbey Island and splits her time between there and NC about half the year. I'll give Scott a call this week. Thanks :-)
Where is you wash located? If you have interest in another quote, I have access to 2 new 360 Invert "L" and smart pumping self-service rack with low pressure FB & Triple Foam equip that would be around $260K plus insulation. If you want to update the Meters, Heaters, Softeners, RO sys I can get you a quote there as well extra. Just let me know.
Happy to give you a quote for your softener and any other water treatment supplies (e.g., RO membranes).

I've cut $300,000/yr in property taxes for carwashes. (MI, now OH, TX) which increased unit location cash flow and recapitalization values of $3,000,000+ value add. Valuation services for most States. ICWA Member. In May/July 2024, I processed refunds of industrial waste charges (Use Tax) to car wash and auto-related property owners & dropped off checks to Clients' of over $10,100 in May, another $10k July'24.
Hello Dan FatBoy 769 said you might have the answer to my question, (is possible to install a timer buzzer on a GS-7.) It is hook to the sensortron at the coin location

There isn't an output on the GS-7 for a buzzer. If you're thinking you want it to beep when coins are deposited, you cannot do that either. As a side note, the GS-7 has been obsolete for almost 20 years.
Hello all,
Still having soap coming out of the brushes after the dial is set to another use.
I replaced the dials and it still happens. Where would the solenoids be located at?
Please help. Thank you all!
you know that you can purchase both at Kleen Rite. You will also need a small 24VAC transformer to power the Sensotron or get a AT413 instead of AT411. The AT413 has a built in transformer for the acceptor.

Toby, I saw your WW Razor 3 for sale. I recently purchased a car wash and it has a WW as well, serial 60-1074. Do you mind getting me the full serial number on this one, I'd like to call WW and see if there will be any compatibility issues. Thank you! -Aman Sidhu, WA State.
