Trouble with industrial vac vendor

We have a 9 year old 3 shelf vendor made by industrial vac. The keyboard is out any ideas where to get a new one? Can I call someone locally to fix a vendor? I called them and they have the WORST customer service of any company anywhere. They told me to buy a new machine. If I have to IT won't be theirs. Any help would be appreciated.

Chip from Laurel Vending is usually really good ... it wouldn't hurt to touch base with them ... scouting out how much it would possibly cost to convert to one of the industrials to their system without buying the whole cabinet etc ... just thinking out loud.
