That looks really really close and might even be it. For the Suzo Happ link it shows it from the front. You can get an OEM replacement here (this view is from the back) http://www.rdmcarwash.net/sa1803-new/ at least you know this is the exact one and will have peace of mind.

I have purchased from RDM before they are a nice company to work with.

I got my last one from them. They were my first call but they are out of them. I had to reset my WS again this morning so I checked the part # on the back, its the exact one.

I'm curious why did you have to rest your WS2? My one WS2 will work flawlessly and for some reason the CC reader won't work and the bill acceptor will take bills but won't register the amount. Do you get problems like this too? I thought it was the fan, heater, and thermostat not working properly but replaced all that and still happens. I thought it was cold weather related because it only acts up when it gets cold (from what I noticed). Maybe it could be electronic noise idk. I wish it would just break so I can find the problem instead of chasing a ghost. Shutting it off and turning it back on works only for so long.
