I have 2 new Razors. I use the Autocare Forum's "Famous Correct w/ foam additive soap" for the HP in my SS bays. I want to try it out on the new Razors. Does anyone know which tip to use? I know I have to play with the tips and dwell time but I am looking for a good starting point so that i don't have to play around all day.

The proper way to determine tip size is to buy a titration kit from Kleenrite. I think the Simoniz kit is about $15. I don't use tips. I run it through a adjustable flow meter. For my ryko units I flow mixed correct powder at 8 gph. This is based on using the titration kit to get recommended concentration of final product. I use dual tip injectors and run the surfactant liquid at 2 to 3 for the foam. Other units will probably be different. If I recall I think you want titration on correct powder between 12 to 18 drops measured out of the spray nozzles.

How much Foam Additive do you guys put in with this? Do you mix it with exactly 50 gallons? If you under mix it, do you notice it does not stay "mixed" up?
In a 2-Step process, does anyone follow this with Simoniz "Kleen Track A " ?
