Ah the legendary Mark7 service strikes again. You might try Landons. He sell and stocks many of those parts. 800 467 2690

I'm guessing you've got a bad prox sensor. I'd try the entrance end sensor on the passenger side.

I'm not sure how you can aford to be down for three weeks. Sounds like you need to make up with MarkVII or find a good distributor that will (sell) you phone support and parts.

SW Indiana melon fields.
I don't see how an entrance end prox could cause an impeded problem. Possibly the prox on the star wheel. There could be an inverter problem, or the gantry could actually be impeded (axle bearings, gear box, motor, tracks moving around on floor, etc.)

Star wheel is a good thought. Sounds like it's not actually impeded as it's an error code on all but first pass. Good thing I've got Brain on my side.

if I remember right when mine does that the travel limit sensor was going bad was not reading when it got to the end of the track, step on pad and let the wash move to the end of the track see if horn goes off if it does not go off try adjusting the sensor closer to the metal pad or replace sensor. (passenger side bottom right)

Steve, are you located in FL? We just helped a Mark 7 operator that could not get the factory to send a tech for 3 weeks. And according to the wash manager, he requested that they send a different tech than the last one. Won't go into the details of why, since it's considered hearsay, but I love hearing these stories about my competitors.
