Bought the ultimate doors for our car wash, these are the curtain style with automatic openers. This is my problem, on one of the doors, the seal was not installed properly from the manufacturer, it has only 5 screws holding the door seal on, so it is not square at the bottom. I have sent pics to them but they insist it is because someone pulled on the door seal when installing clearly the other door has 9 screws from the factory There was no holes on the door seal to ever show there was ever any screws inserted into the seal. We have had these doors up and going since Nov 2015 and trying to get them to correct this problem. Now they want a door company to come and look at the door but was told I NEED to call them, so I feel like this is a warranty issue and why am I calling someone that I didnt buy the doors from to come and look at their doors? Also there was screws missing in the rails and their so called stainless steel screws are rusting I would NEVER buy from this company again and it is looking like LAWYER TIME and better business bureau

Washzone, you're not alone. I bought four of these doors around Dec 2014. Installed two of them and didn't get the second set installed until this past summer (different location) . Sad to say they are not holding up. Most of the problems I believe are caused by inferior components such as pop rivets and brittle plastic. Their reliance on these pop rivets to hold the door together is rediculous. We have been too busy to put together a comprehensive email to document the problems but the time is coming. At the beginning of February we actually had two damaged vehicles because of problems caused by the doors failing. Luckily we didn't have to pay out but it sure doesn't help business.

No they did not sell them to me directly I bought them thru a car wash system distributor he has also tried to resolve this with them they told him i NEEDED to contact a door installer to verify the problem I guess this is suppose to be at MY EXPENSE! Talked to an installer today and asked him to contact them about who is going to pay him for his time he is 2 hours away.Clearly anyone can see the problem even a teenage customer noticed it and asked me why the door looked like that!

So Ultimate wanted me to contact local door company that they have do some of their work. I contacted them and the door company is trying to get Ultimate to pay him to come and make an assessment and or fix door if possible. Ultimate has still not returned his phone calls to let him know if they will pay him. Ultimate said they sent us SCREWS TO FIX but they did not and I feel this is a manufacturers defect. This door should be under warranty and clearly anyone can see by the pictures it was not manufactured properly. It is not as simple as throwing some screws in, it is not square at the bottom. These doors are very poor quality all the way around and would never recommend to anyone, vinyl is already showing wear, screws on the rails are rusting the seals on the bottom hold water and drips on cars when they leave. I think John Menard should start making doors for car washes at least he stands behind his products!

I have an ultimate products radiant tube heater in my automatic bay. It has never worked right, rarely lights when its damp. I never could get it resolved either. Not a very good company to do business with.

I had the same issue with one of their heaters. Never worked right since installation in 2007. I had enough with it this year, and ordered a 75,000btu Dayton heater through Zoro with a 25% off coupon. Entire heater cost $833 shipped. Took out the Ultimate burner box, put in the Dayton burner box, installed their baffles, removed the fan at the end and it works perfect. Tossed the Dayton tubes in the attic (they are not stainless). And you can get parts for the Dayton burner box unit at a reasonable price from Zoro or Grainger.
