Don't know who makes the OEM for Peco.

Have had good luck with Erie Brush.

We took Earl's advice and purchased new foam/filament from Erie Brush for our side washer replacement cloth. The foam/filament turned out great (we ended up ordering the foam/filament in rainbow color which really makes it stand out). One thing that was a royal pain in the ass was removing the existing cloth from the c channels in the hub. We tried numerous things to get it out: heating w/ torch, vice grips, etc. The best way was to use a razor to cut the cloth and we had a tool that we could push down the c channel to get the remaining rubber out with. It ended up taking quite a while just FYI.

Sudsurfer, we are using Sonny's equipment. The replacement foam/filament was for a top motor side brush from Sonny's.
