Anyone ever added another bay to a JC Power Pack or Super Saver? I have a six bay wash, but it seems that most of what I find used out there are 5 bay setups. Would it be hard to add another bay to one of these?

many years ago I converted a three bay to a four bay. If you have space on the rack, coleman can sell you a pre built pump assembly on mounting plate that will bolt into place on your frame. It's not the cheapest way, but everything will match. Another option is find someone that has converted a SS bay to an auto and has an extra one lying around. I have one, but have been meaning to convert it to a washdown pump for the longest, so I'm hanging onto mine. You also have to add the appropriate wiring and low pressure solenoids,

I found a 5 bay that I can buy locally, but the stand is smaller and doesn't have an extra space for another pump. the only place I can think of putting it would be to move the rinse and weep solenoids somehow. Either that or somehow extend the stand. It is an older stand so I am not sure if I am even interested as it might need more work, but I was told that everything was working when the wash closed. It does have tri-foam and spot free as well. I figured adding wiring and solenoids shouldn't be a big deal, but I was concerned about adding a pump.

You could always add a separate stand for the pump if you have room, I'm sure there are plenty of used individual stands for sale.

True, I'll have to look around and see what I can find. Need to decide if this stand is worth using first. It's 16 years old and wasn't taken care of very well. I noticed in the panel box that there is a modem hanging there connecting to something. Anyone know what that was used for?
