My validators in my WSII's have a lot of miles on them. I've had them serviced recently but one keeps eating/jamming up within 3-4 weeks of being serviced. They are all CoinCo's, the two spares that I'm staring at are a model Mag02BAB and a Mag52BAB. If you were going to buy two new bill acceptors what would you recommend?

A Mars none no higher in my opinion. Talk to Jim like suggested or Kleen rite sells a kit also I have bought from both and I could have sworn Kleen rite was cheaper the last time I done one for a customer last December

If I were to replace them I'd go with a Mars/MEI AE2602U7. Who's servicing your Coinco Mag52 validators now? They should last a lot longer than 3 or 4 weeks before they start having problems.

Just bought and installed two CoinCo Vantage acceptors. Bought another Vantage minus the mask as a spare. Swap took about 5 minutes per machine. Look like nice validators. I'll report back if I have any issues with them.

Vendors Exchange Inc. (VEI) has been doing our service lately on the CoinCo Mags and Rowe BA-50's and you're right Randy, they should last longer than 3-4 weeks. Sometimes the BA-50's don't work right out of the service packaging. We return them and tell them to 'try again' under their warranty. Anyone that uses VEI should know their service department has gone down hill significantly the last year or so.
