I have two of my wobbleheads that are not getting fully erect when activated. They stiffen up, but the last 1" or so still flexes. I moved the problem wobbleheads to different bays and the issue followed them. Anyone else have this problem or know how to fix it? Thanks.

Have you taken it apart to see if the spring has failed?, the construction of the wobblehead is unbelievably simple I'm surprised it took this long for somebody to invent it. But I will say this I'm probably going to be putting new 60" aluminum handles back in service instead of wobbleheads this summer because customers don't like the weight of it compared to the regular handles as well as the same problem you are experiencing.
I have not, honestly wasn't sure what to look for. They are only 6 months old, I expected them to last longer. I wonder if there is a warranty on them. Truth be told, only benefit I've seen is I get a laugh out of watching people use them dry. I haven't seen a decrease in people using the brush without the meter running. I would take them all back if I could, but at this point I already spent too much money on them and need to get some use out of them.

Here is the Wobblehead disassembled:
Boot, Spring, Welded piece of aluminum, a 2 ft piece of PVC

I took one apart yesterday and everything looked fine, nothing was broken. All I noticed was some soap scum build up inside the blue pole itself. I cleaned it up as much as I could and put everything back together, but it still doesn't get hard all the way. The last 1" or so is still soft and wobbles. The rod does extend as far as it should if I manually push it down with the hose detached, but for some reason it is not extending all the way naturally when the FB is activated. Any ideas?

Surprised no one suggested this yet Open up the handle and insert a little blue pill.
I've been totally waiting for that lol and yet no one has said anything. It was hard for me to type up the issue without thinking it.

I was just thinking that you could just rub it real fast...
I recently installed 6 of these at one of my washes. Had the most trouble with the brushes furthest from the equipment room. Just kept adjusting the chemical and air until they stiffened. It's been a couple weeks now, so with your post I think I'll go back and check them all.

What if you cut an inch off the spring? because when the spring is compressed that the only amount the metal rod can go into the boot.

I thought I would post this picture plus keep in mind I removed the spring that goes over top the rod and I have it in the position it would be in engaged so you can see just how much room there is for product and air to go through on the brass opening.
