I like wash4me's answer. Find someone else. If this person is looking to start a business relationship like this (and you don't even get kissed afterward) it will only get worse. Also ask to see other sites that he has done and talk to those operators. Next thing is go and look at his shop and service trucks. For what he's asking you should be getting white glove treatment. I am appaled, or overjoyed, when looking at my competition's office/warehouse, and service vans. Talk to other distributors.

The razor seems to be the one - another key here is chemicals - so many things to consider. I have not pulled the trigger on this yet - all this detail is great stuff and should be delved into.
I think overashiever your numbers are more on the money.
