All,

I have a 24 function relay terminal from ICS. I've pretty much maxed out on all the relays to operate more equipment. I guess 13 years ago I had more than enough but know with all the new items: lights, arches, and etc. It's pretty much full.

Contacted ICS for an additional 24 terminal but $3k is quite expensive.

Is there another way? I have combined a few relays to operate 2 functions but not enough relay functions left?

Your thoughts!

Teebox,

I have a used TunnelMaster that was taken out of service last year. It was in perfect working order when removed. I can let you have it for a very reasonable price if interested. It was replaced with an RTC controller. Just wanted to have more control over the wash.

I had this problem with a belanger dcc32. I ended up using timing relays, so for example if your triple foam comes on and just after that you want to add another rinse arch, you would use a timing relay which would trigger with the triple foam turning on, but you set the timer to go on on the rinse relay for however many seconds AFTER the triple foam turns on. You just need to figure out which relay you need, delay on, delay off, you just use the previous machines turning on as the trigger for the new functions relay only delayed..... sorry if thats confusing...

If you use one for tire cleaner you could swap it out using a floor switch and Vacuum timer. Frees up a function.
