A few months back prior to the Forum crashing there was a thread regarding Hot Wax application and the ‘wow’ factor for in-bays. Someone had posted about their wash and how they added colored LED light bars that came on during various soap passes and even had links to videos of their wash. Could whoever that was re-post the links?

I mounted a blue led I bought from TSS right above the windshield. It comes on with my soap passes, and with my extreme shine wax. The video is of my High Velocity I had, but have since put in a Razor. I have the light on the new setup as well. I am fixing to add the LED to my other site and raise the prices there also.

both of those were pretty impressive. What kind of wash did Snappys have & how did he do his lights?

APW that’s a nice looking wash. That auto bay was spot less! It looked brand new but you said you’ve already re-loaded that bay with a Razor? What were you charging for that package? I hope it was a lot as it was insanely long.

Do know which wattage TSS light that was? That’s exactly what I’d like to do.

Thanks for sharing.

I cut my wash time almost in half by switching to a Razor and the High Velocity was bad about hitting mirrors and shutting down. It would happen 2-3 times a day. With the Razor I hardly ever hit a mirror. I charge $15 for the top wash. Here is the link to the light. https://www.tsscws.com/products/led...-led-light-strip-24vdc-power-supply-included/

I couldn't find where you could get that lightbar in a Black light, to make the 3x foam "GLOW"...?

If you want the true black light effect where there's no visible light except for the thing you want to fluoresce, you pretty much have to go with the old-fashioned black light tubes. Most LED black lights will give off a lot of visible purple light. There might be some high-end ones that work better but I haven't found one yet that is true black light.

I don't know if all trifoams will glow, but you can test it cheap with a mini black light for checking hotels. They cost around $10.
