Magic Wand? Istobal?

I am looking to upgrade my 30 year old self service equipment. My local wash rep is bullish on Magic Wand since they are now owned by Istobal which he represents. I placed an order with Istobal 2 months ago for a 3 bay configuration and learned today that is it still not close to being ready (3rd delay in 8 weeks) - way too many excuses that the machine was almost done. I know Istobal purchased Magic Wand and shelved their IBA keeping just the SS products.

My experience with Istobal makes me pause and wonder about the service and the quality of the actual product since Istobal seems to be more focused on IBA and Tunnel equipment. Anyone have experience +/- with Magic Wand, especially after Istobal purchased them? May just go with an off the shelf model from KR.

Mac is a distributor for them, maybe he can help. I would think Etowah Valley Equipment could get you something out in a more timely manner.

Don't know where you are located, but the issue is synonymous. I have relied on Kleenrite for most of my assistance. Found them tonbe very helpful, but expensive. I have rebuilt all of my pumps(with 50% success). Replacement is expensive, but cheaper than getting a new system. I am in the process of flushing my system due to city water and crud building in the system. Do you have specific problems or multiple issues?
