My 4000 is having an issue with right now where it has issue getting cars in the right place. It will tell them to advance, then tell them to back up again, then tell them to advance. It can be rough to find the right spot. Many customers aren't quite able to make it work.

The upside down T-Bar that holds the bridge sensors seems to be a little close to the rear eye of the Virtual Treadle, but I'm not sure if that is where it has been in the past. Is there anything else that could be causing this?

Sounds like your loading eyes are going bad. Clean them with a towel and wd-40 or alcohol look and see if there scratched. More than likely there bad and I would suggest changing all 4 from what it sounds like.

Any recommended place to purchase them? I'm just starting out with much of this. We are slowly getting everything fixed up at the wash and funds are limited as all proceeds are going into upgrades/fixes. This is the only site I could find the official product at online. Do you know if there is a compatible product at kleen-rite?

Kleen rite doesn't sell these eyes they can be purchased through your local PDQ dealer or through washworld. I can't promise that will fix it but sounds like that's your issue

Your back up loading eyes (photo eyes closest to the exit end of the bay) are either being blocked or are failing. When they cannot see themselves during the loading process programming will instruct all vehicles to back up when they hit the stop eyes - the thought being to slow down the vehicle and allow it to stop in the safe wash envelope easier. Stop eyes (closest to the entrance) are probably fine.
