Is BACA Changer Service still around?

I tried to call Frank at BACA today and the phone has been disconnected. I'm looking for some parts for my Rowe changer and he's helped me out before.

Frank called us two weeks ago for help on a vending machine and the caller ID had BACA Changers (or just BACA maybe, I can't remember for sure) so he was active recently.
