If we were to close our auto due to cold temperatures then how can we leave the Goldline on but read that it's closed and not accept any money. The only thing we saw in the manual is a setting for when the hopper was removed on whether you want it to read closed or read that it doesn't give change. I want to leave it on for the validator heater and it seems like we have had issues with the Cryptopay swiper reconnecting with its router.

SW Indiana melon fields.
When my wash is out of service, after a while the ACW does display "CAR WASH CLOSED". Mine are ACW-5s, but I would think the Gold Line would work similarly. Can you induce a simple error when you shut it down? I think I could just power down my gantry or put it in test mode.

Yes, since a lot of machines send a constant power "signal" to the cashier, it will display "CAR WASH CLOSED" if the machine is powered off. IIRC the Goldline also has a toggle switch inside to switch between HI and LO, so if there isn't a constant power signal from the machine just flipping the switch will make it display closed.

I'll look into that.

Place three tall cones in traffic lane at ACW. Move the gantry to the center of the bay. Make sure heat is operating....
My s/s stays open for those tha think it’s a good idea to wash in single and negative degree weather...as I’ve gotta keep the floor heat and weep goIng
