Carwash maintenance collaboration - Calgary

Hello, I took over my carwash more than 2 years and since then no vacation or time off. I love my carwash specifically now I know the problems and I have all the spare parts. However I dont expect my staff to do repairs. I am looking for another car wash owner here in Calgary who is willing to learn about my carwash and can fix things when Im not here. And of course I do the exact same thing. This way we both can take some time off with no stress.

We have done this in our area. There are 4 of us that have similar setups at each's locations. We cover for each other when someone is away. It doesnt always work perfectly, but is a nice feeling to have someone to call for a problem.
