the funny thing is that the more I learn, the more I realize I have yet to learn...
Did he leave a mess or cleaned up after he was done in ”his” shop? The funny thing about owning a self serve car wash is that it is NEVER dull!! I've owned my car wash for 17 years now, and I think public behavior is getting more outrageous - especially with the homeless! I'm glad that I have cameras and live close-by. It looks like one of your feet is on backwards.I changed my oil @ mine yesterday.
Fortunately, when they left 3 hours later, they had cleaned up most of their mess! The gray bucket that was left behind was taken by the next customer who drove in. Not sure if it was paint or cleaner, but it was gone when I arrived! Although I didn't make much money in that bay overnight, I am GRATEFUL they didn't steal anything, break anything, burn anything or leave a HUGE mess!!Did he leave a mess or cleaned up after he was done in ”his” shop?
Good lord Randy, I think you HAVE seen it all! I always appreciate reading your helpful advice and entertaining stories in SSCWN and CW Forum. Stay safe my friend! If you stay in the car wash business long enough you’re going to see it all. After 38 years of being in the business you name it I've seen it or had it happen. I’ve had guy’s paint their car in the bay, brake jobs, oil changes. I had one guy drop his gas tank to change out hiss fuel pump. They all seem to think it perfectly OK to do these kinds of things. Last week at 5am I had to run a couple of meth maggots out of the bay, they had junk everywhere. Meth maggots have a thing about rocks and they had piles of rocks in the bay. They always want to argue with you when you tell them to leave, then it time to get pissed, I’ve been in fist fights with some of these idiots. When I pulled out my phone to call the police they couldn’t get out there fast enough. The people who come to self-serve car washes aren’t the cream of society,
Good grief!! What did you use to clean up the paint? I've had very good success using Goof Off to remove paint.I had a lady come in last week and spray paint (black) an entire patio furniture set in one of my bays. Thankfully she bought cheap paint.
Mopped it with thinner, let it soak, then hit it with the power washerGood grief!! What did you use to clean up the paint? I've had very good success using Goof Off to remove paint.
I thought I had seen it all until yesterday. I've had break ins, self gratification and tranny's before, but not all at the same time.If you stay in the car wash business long enough you’re going to see it all.
What the hell?????? Thats going to make for a terrible clean out job on that vac!I thought I had seen it all until yesterday. I've had break ins, self gratification and tranny's before, but not all at the same time.
Had a tranny come in all dolled up and pleasure him(her) self with the vacuum. After two cycles and no climax and no more money, they proceeded to totally destroy a drop shelf vender to get a few coins out of it. Still not enough to restart the vacuum, they totally destroyed a second drop shelf vendor and got enough to start the vac again two times. They put the stolen coins in the vac and finished pleasuring themselves. Zipped up and left with a smile.
Coming soon to the For Sale board:What the hell?????? Thats going to make for a terrible clean out job on that vac!
I guess as long as they're paying for the Spray Fragrance they can use it anywhere they like! I haven't tried it on my tires yet, does it leave a shine? Lol!!Been in it 5 years and I see your point Randy like fragrance for your tires......?????
