i have to file this idea away. I pay $20 a night ($600/month) for a security company to close the gates at 1 wash. I've been fighting a late night loitering/partying problem at this location for 20 years.

i have to file this idea away. I pay $20 a night ($600/month) for a security company to close the gates at 1 wash. I've been fighting a late night loitering/partying problem at this location for 20 years.

There's a local guy who has done the same thing, including turning off all the lights. He's been doing that for about 20 years because he pays an electric bill for lights just for people to hang out all night, drink and leave a mess, and no income to show for it. I'm about to post "No loitering" signs everywhere and will if necessary start calling police and get a criminal trespass notice on anyone they can catch.
