?? On chemical useage on Razor XR7

So, Im practically an absentee owner, of a new Razor XR7.
We set it up for max throughput: 2 pass PS, hp rinse, 3x foam, hp CC, hp Drying Agent.3:30! Our preppers make sure cars are squeaky clean.
However, we have found w/ even the best most concentrated CC & Drying Agent, we are burning through those jugs.
This may be another dumb question, but, do you naturally use alot more CC & DA if it's applied through a hp, as opposed to a lp?
If so, maybe we could make 1 of those a lp or medium pressure?

I would try medium pressure to apply the product. Using a volumetrics test, see how much product is used compared to full pressure.

FIrst, what is your actual cost per car? "burning through jugs" is vague.

Second, I would absolutely recommend applying through a medium or low pressure application. A full high pressure pass is alot of water so it takes more chemical to reach the same dilution ratio.

Duh, makea total sense. Thanks!

The Razor allows you to use conserve mode on any pass which reduces the pressure and water usage. We use this mode on some of the HP chemical passes.

A drying agent should be a low-pressure use, like an RO or wax at the end. Using it at high pressure is a complete waste and very expensive, and probably isn't getting the car any dryer or cleaner.
