This is a weird question but I was wondering if there are any types of paints that last longer are easier to clean or are just better for carwashes. We have white walls and they get stained very easily.

Something we can spray down without the paint coming off before the dirt or algae.

If you are in a region that experiences freezing temperatures, there is no paint that will be satisfactory. If that's not the case, latex epoxy on properly prepared walls would be the best paint choice, IMO. All that being said, speaking from experience, I wouldn't recommend paint at all.

You need to move away from the idea of paint and look more at industrial coatings...

I have used Sherwin Williams Macropoxy 646 marine coating with much success (and you can get it in any color). I have seen it hold up more than 10 years in a self serve bay and an IBA bay, in freezing temps. What ever you choose to do, talk to an industrial coating specialist, not the paint guy at your local Lowes or Home Depot.

I will look into to it. Thank you! I’m in Florida so I only have to worry about humidity and crazy people, no freezing temps here. :)

PVC paneling runs about $2.50/ft (material)and lasts over ten years. It's not good in low income areas because it can be dented and damaged by jack asses, but it looks better than any paint job.

Yeah I don't think that will work for us, we like to have our wash "dumby proof" and people here will definitely damage them. The last thing I need is one more thing to repair.
