After having the wash for a few months now, we have noticed that our Vector wash always trips in 1 of 2 places, and I am wondering if it is something we can fix.

The first one is randomly, on our top wash package after the triple foam is spray, the arms fold together in the back of the vehicle, and the arms run into the back of the vehicle. Customers typically have to go into our SS bays to spray off their car. After watching the videos, it doesn't look like it is anything the customer vehicle has done.

The second one, is the during a high pressure cycled from back to front, the right arm catches the mirror. Mostly in larger trucks. It just seems odd that after a reset that same vehicle in the same spot, the wash works fine.

Any information would be greatly appreciated!

In both those cases there will be a fault message on the E300 display. Those will help a lot in diagnosing your problems.

Got it. Is there a more detailed fault page then the one that tells which part of the wash tripped? We typically leave it on that so its quick to reset if it trips.

No, but it tells you if it was a butterfly jam, carriage jam, etc. The only thing it can't tell you that can be important to know is carriage drift, which you can see on your video.

Got it. I will have to look next time it runs into the back of some ones car. Every time it hits a mirror, its just the passenger side break away fault. I have never noticed or seen the butterfly jam or carriage jam faults.
