First I want to say thx for letting me join the forum. I want learn and get as much help from everyone here. I was wondering if anyone has or are using the Belanger Duo scrubber for their carwash? I have been thinking long and hard about how to get these wheels cleaned better to help cut down my labor time. I am a full-service carwash. Any insight or help would be greatly appreciated thanks!

Took some cues from other operations - Tommy's - Dumped my wheel bushes - Sonny's - Saw thy had filament units mounted on top of their wheel brushes and went to 12" of filament on the bottom of all lower details and wrap around brushes. (Erie makes filament for c channel cores. )

Your post inquired about getting wheels clean. Had wheel brushes - Poodle like the dup scrbber and wheel wonder as well. Eliminated wheel brushes and with 2 sets of wraps and 2 sets of lower details running filament on bottom 12" instead of cloth the wheel are better than they ever were. with wheel brushes. Not saying you have to eliminate the wheel brush if you have it but this i something you may want to try.

Earl, what did that entail?
Erie makes Filament that that is in the same plastic C Channel that cloth and foam goes in to. So, I simply ordered the same number of pieces as I would need for a core. So, if the bottom of the core was 20" high and I wanted the bottom 12 Inches filament I simply ordered X Pieces of Filament 12 inches High and X Pieces of cloth 8 Inches high.
