Can anyone give me a average percent breakdown per income source?

I'm working with the bank right now on finalizing my financing. The previous owner kept shizer for books, but the bank insists on me giving them an income percentage breakdown of the Automatic Wash, SS, and Vacumes. I have absolutely no clue what the industry average income breakdown would be for a 3ss 1iba wash. I don't want to lie on my application or site some dude on the carwash forums named washboner3000, so I was hoping there might be an industry organization that I could site for breakdown percentages. I need to breakdown ballpark $55k income in to a percentage for the ss/iba/vac category
 
International Car Wash Association has that information. AutoLaundry puts out a yearly survey so they should have that information.
