Are there any other custom token manufacturers other than Van Brook? I doubt Hoffman mint would be much better since the joined the American Changer brand. We have been waiting on tokens for over 2 months now. They claim they still don’t have the metal to make the tokens. We use these tokens at all 5 washes.

Have you tried IDX? The tokens we use from them have been readily available the past year and just ordered and received a batch last week.

I ordered 10,000 tokens from Hoffman through American Changer. They were out of the metal when I ordered but I had them in about ten days.
