Help with RO system info - Reclaim system?

See picture attached- I believe this is both an RO / reclaim system - please correct me if I am wrong - does anyone have detail on this system or know where I can go to gain more information on what exactly I have here?

The machine on the right makes the spot free water. The one on the left sends it out to the bays.
