Long time reader, just started contributing. I have 2 IBA's (both Razors) and I've been using the same chemical/distributor for the last 10+ years. I'm looking at trying some new products just to see if anything out there can do any better than what I'm running and looking to get some insight on what others are using.

I currently run Warsaw chemicals and get them for a good price, almost identical to the cost if I wanted to swap to KR and they get delivered to me for free so haven't really taken to the KR route but I may experiment some.

Running a 2 stage presoak of 534 High Alkaline wonder plus followed by a low pH Lemon Elixir. This works great 80% of the time or so, but as we all know you'll get the one customer that doesn't wash quite regularly and still has some film left on the sides of the vehicle, so looking to see if I can do any better there.

I've seen a lot of talk about Quest products on here and wanted to know if anyone has ran Warsaw and seen better results switching? I'm located in Central, VA so only have snow a handful times of the year, and the cars actually come at great at that time. I'm more so nit-picking and just wanting to make sure I'm offering the best clean I possibly can with my touchless to stay on top. TIA

Welcome to the forum!

You must have a local Warsaw distributor- do you have any other local chemical distributors who have different lines? I’d start there- they will know your regional soil considerations what solutions that will work best. Also - are you aware of what other operators in your area are using? Do you see results you like - or don’t like?

There are a couple of which I plan on calling over the next week or two for demonstrations or information at least. Quest is one I see on here a lot of people use and I'm most interested in.

I know majority of washed in my area also use my same disitrbutor for some of their needs but also rely heavily on KR products as well.

The results are fine and have been, but like most owner operators, I'd always like to see if there is anything better to give my customers more value and if it costs only cents more per car I'd rather put out the cleanest car possible. Just trying to stay on top of competition and make sure I'm offering the best thing available essentially.

Quest makes excellent chemicals, in my opinion.

Quest Complete Clean is used by several, & 100% of them say it's best they've ever used. However it has HF, so most guys won't use it
I haven't used it either, outta fear..
For Quest Pre Soak id suggest Auto brite Maxx for low ph, & High n Mighty for hi ph. I also use H2off (RainX but better) & Shine On for Lava Wax w/ Carnauba type & it's awesome!!
