How to change banjo fitting on RO tank when you can't get inside of it

Anyone ever tried it or know how to change the banjo fitting? Holes only about 12 in round on the top of the tank.

A guy at the tank place told me how to do this a few years back. In a nutshell, you will need to fish a rope through the manhole and through the outlet. Tie something midway on the rope so you can pull the fitting into the outlet hole. Leave ample length so that some is still out the manhole so you can pull the rope back out after securing the fitting.
