I've owned a carwash for 12 years and have never seen this problem before. When using spot free rinse air bubbles appear on vehicle, not soap bubbles, air bubbles. I lease my water softener system so I started there, they came and tested the water and inspected their equipment, everything was ok on there end. Anyone ever come across this issue?

Yes, if the RO quality is exceptionally low TDS it will look bubbly on well-waxed paint.

I experienced the exact same thing. I changed check valves because I swore it was soap. What MEP said. RO quality not what it should be
