JBS vs. Blendco

Thoughts on quality of soaps for JBS vs. Blendco? I've been using blendco for a few months. I like my sales rep a lot but I think the cars are not coming out clean enough, even after tweaking a lot.

I haven't ever worked with Blendco, but the mixing drum should allow for a lot of control of your high pH. The JBS is harder to tweak.

If you decide to try the JBS, I like the Action line for regular road film and bugs. I use AT-101 Low pH for my first pass, and AT-102 High pH and AT-150 High pH boost for my second pass. For sites with a really heavy oil film, I use CPS1-104 Low pH and CPS-105 Low pH Boost for my first pass, and CPS-200 Low pH and CPS-201 Low pH Boost for my second pass.

I have also had excellent results with Lustra and Auto Lux if you want to try one of those.

They are both solid lines. One just might work better in your climate/ soil. Might be the exact opposite for someone in another region.

That’s the thing. We have tweaked it multiple times, added extra chemicals to help. And still not getting a really clean car.

One last Question when is the last time you changed your High Pressure Nozzels they will wear out over a year or so and will make a difference on cleaning performance and water hardness may change and do you heat the water at all or presoak. what kind of machine do you have.

I don’t know why i was thinking TDS. My water hardness is around 6

I have a new razor, so the nozzles are brand new. I had an old razor before. We do heat some of the water yes

I would defiently try a different company if you have all that setup but I would think Blendco would clean better than JBS bc of the adjustability of surfactant & alkalinity you need to try something like Quest,Warsaw, Transchem/turtle wax, Blue Corral, Armorall, Lustra/CSI something that packs a punch may cost a little more but if your going after a clean vehicle those are in the top of the food chain.
