HF is hydrofluoric acid and is rough on everything Greg said - including cars. Regular use of HF on your cars will dull the paint, trim and etch glass. Stay away from it. It would only be in your low pH solutions since it is acid and the msds will indicate it. Msds - material safety data sheet. Comes with every chemical or is online. Shows ingredients, properties, level of harm, pH, hazards, treatments if inhaled or ingested , etc. good to look these over so you know what you’re using. How do I know what is HF? What’s a low PH pass? This is my new presoak. It’s $493.78 for 20 Gal.

Hi pH/alkaline solutions will not have this ingredient but can still have pretty aggressive properties if in high enough concentrations. Like sodium hydroxide or potassium hydroxide.
