American changer. I have tried several times over the past month to get through to American changer to order tokens. They do not return calls and do not answer the phone. Are they closed? Or just poor service?

American, I've learned, is hard to work with for the reasons you say.

Things must have changed there as they used to be very responsive. I know a while back they bought Hoffman Mint.

I tried to get tokens too. After 3 different calls i realized they would not let me talk to anyone but the receptionist who was clueless. I think she was in another country. I called tokens direct and had an approved design in 24 hours. Tokens in hand in 10 days. Ive had trouble getting parts from American recently too. Thank goodness i found some used stuff on a demo job.

Update I did get ahold of tokens direct, they said the material is on back order for many options, will be a while before companies are restocked

I called American Changer today and re-ordered tokens. I had no problem getting what I needed.
