ram cost over 100k guess he has a payment due. van in photo belongs to a Gary Grant Connor. A dallas resident. Why would he drive to Austin to steal coin. Makes no sense. Perhaps the van was stolen.

The worst part is the idiot is attacking the wrong spot.
This will only end with considerable vandalism (or theft of parts if he takes it) for the owner and no joy for the POS
