RENEW equipment cleaner from C.A.R. products works well. We spray on with pump up sprayer, brush it around using an old foam brush, let it dwell 5 minutes, then rinse off with hot water. It does the trick no matter how dirty the walls are.

I agree completely...however use the cheapest throw-away sprayer you can get for the project. NuWall or RENEW will destroy the guts to your sprayer. At least in my experience with strong mixtures.

Get a deck sprayer instead, which has Viton seals. It will last for years if you rinse it out after every use.

Actually, try brushing it on. You'll use about half as much product as spraying.

We have scrubbed this stupid walls multiple times with Nu-wall. No luck at all. I am thinking of replacing the FRP with some porcelain tile, unless there are some better options.

Tile is about the highest maintenance product you can use.

Highest maintenance is probably not the best. Has anyone painted the FRP with a epoxy or industrial coating? I know the consensus is not to paint the walls but I am really wanting to get the walls cleaned up fast and I think we can epoxy the walls for 1/4 of the cost of replacing the panels. If I could a couple of years out of the paint I would figure out what to do after that.

Every car wash around here with FRP the walls are stained and dirty. I don’t know if our dirt stains easily or the operators don’t clean. If there is a alternative I would look into that too.

I used $100 a gallon epoxy several years ago on my frp (probably $200 a gallon now). It lasted about a year and then started to flake off in large pieces. I removed the FRP, used block filler on the block and then painted two of the bays with primer and epoxy and three with regular primer and exterior paint.
After two years they all looked the same. I have the bays painted every other year now with Sherman Williams exterior paint. Costs me about $1200 for labor and materials.

Anyone use Kleenrites Cool wall Wash guard products??? I'm in same boat, whether to spend the money on epoxy or paint every couple of years with quality exterior product. We have block walls in all our bays. Some with paint, some with old tired epoxy. I'm not sure what direction to go...

I'm actually removing some Extrateck ... going back to the original block and leaning towards epoxy. My beef with Extrateck in ss bays is holes/damage from doors and whatever else. We use it in our IBA bays but don't like it for ss bays.

I have tiled walls and brick at my washes. When I first bought them I spent a weekend deep cleaning them and since then every 2 to 3 month depending on the months of year we use a paint roller and roll acid on them and power wash them.

The first time is always a b*&tch because its probably been months if not years since the walls have been cleaned by the prior owner.

@Joswhaha what type of power washer are you using? I have 5000 psi unit with heat the does the job. We roll straight acid on the walls let it sit a few minutes then hit it with the washer. These walls had at least 20 years of build up and I know because we put up a warehouse 5 mins away and I would check in so often with the prior owner about selling and I know in those 20 years he never cleaned them.

Whatever you do I would not paint or epoxy them. I know owners/friends of mine that have and that is their biggest regret.

maybe something worth trying would be a pressure washer with A kerosene burner and downstream injector. You could apply the chemical through the injector, let it soak a bit and then use the heated water to wash the wall. I used to work For a pressure washing company and we could get the water so hot that it was very close to steam. I couldn't believe the kind of things I could clean.

Howdy y’all, I have tried about everything to get these walls clean. Do most of you use some acid or some other secret ingredients to get these things white again? Also, do you buy signage locally or order online?
