What I need is what size wrench fits the nut? This is the 1 1/8th shell. Has SS strap welded around it. Will probably have to fabricate it as I don't think anything normal will fit. What have others done? Thanks in advance. medeco.jpg

What's it on? I use a punch and hit it on the corners to loosen it and then unscrew it.

If it's in a round safe head, you won't get a socket on it. You'll have to use a screwdriver or a punch to loosen it.

ACW door. Bolt got cross threaded and barely catches. Tried using a punch, but it was starting to screw up corner of nut.

It's tightened with a punch by Hamilton. Try some penetrating lubricant.

I've never had a problem getting those nuts off the ACW door or a bill changer. Use a punch and keep tapping it. When you replace the bolt also replace the spring nut on the body of the ACW. If you mess up the nut, I might have a few, along with the nut and bolt.

Got changed this morning. Better hammer and punch and a little more determination. Only changed the bolt so far. Thanks for the help.
