If you had to rank these from 1, 2 or 3 in terms of what you would buy to install as an in bay automatic what would it be? also if you could also give some reasons for your ranking. love to hear your thoughts :)

My rankings for these machines would be: (I have no experience with the Oasis machine so it will be last)

Wash Quality: 1. Profile 2. Maxx 5 3. N/A Oasis
Cost: 1. Maxx 5 2. Profile 3. N/A Oasis
Speed: 1. Max 5 2. Profile 3. N/A Oasis
Reliability: 1. Maxx 5 2. Profile 3. N/A Oasis

The most important things for any wash equipment: (IMHO)
1. Proper Installation (this will cause you more grief then anything else if not done right)
2. Good Chemistry (clean and shiny cars = happy customers)
3. Regular Maintenance (it's a machine like the cars it's washing, take care of it)

The Oasis I saw washed better than a ryko, with no missed areas on the backs of cars.
That is due to the swinging wrap coupler for the rear arms that allows the brushes to contour better, years ago I remember in the old engineering bay they were experimenting with a new rollover and it was named "Frankenstein" basically the rear arms were designed with the old velvet touch 2000 wrap around design, obviously it didn't happen but man I remember seeing some really cool experimental models back then.

One more thing- the Oasis and Ryko both have the potential to wash faster with a 5 brush design versus the Profile’s 3 brushes.

I know you didn’t ask about this, but check out the Belanger Freestyler if you have an installer near you. 5 brush, overhead design and pretty nice onboard wheel/rocker blaster. Can’t speak for maintenance or reliability though.

The Freestyler is pretty low maintenance and highly reliable, as well as low damage. I know a guy who had one and replaced it with a Cube a couple years ago. He said the Cube is faster and still does a better wash. Evidently the biggest issue with any Belanger is support, so you need a good distributor.

SoftGloss & i5 will definitely be a lil faster.
SoftGloss may actually be the cheapear, as they run tremendous Summer sales. They also do the tear out & install. They're a huge company, but pretty good to work with.
Backend cleaning on Profile & i5 are superior to SG.
I5 has the weakest LED show. That's really it's only negative. Tremendous family ran business. I researched the dickens outta them. Chose SG cause of their super cheap Summer sale + tear out & install was included!

Ryko announces the sales, not sure when. Contact them.
3 Summer's ago mine was $137 w/ ALL options. I had my own paystation & dryers, & that didn't include electrician or plumber.
Also, check your DM
