Sorry, I wish I were on the island. I'm just in California with an "eye in the sky".

If I may be so nosy, how old are you?

What makes you think that they would lease out a portion of an abandoned gas station? Wouldn't that make the property that much harder to sell? Have you called the number on the commercial property for sale sign? How much are they asking?

I would love to read your business plan!

I am quite young and I been in talks with the landlord and mainly his agent for the last couple weeks. They seem quite convinced so far and am just waiting to hear back but they did have me fill out their application and give personal asset information and whatnot so the ball is rolling. I would prefer to send out my business plan at a later time when all this gets into operation. Thank you for the interest!

Also I see you have a wash world razor. What has been your experience with Washworld thus far in regards to the quality of the system, customer support, and such.

Have had it in since November. New machine without any issues thus far and haven't really needed any distributor service. We do our own maintenance. Doesn't clean any better than our 19 year old Laserwash 4000 machines and may actually have less 'impact' than they do, at least it seems like it.

If this is secondary income you may make a go at it. Good attorney up front May alleviate some risk. Look for an investor to buy it all and let you operate it. Good luck

One quick question, Casino......How much time ( hours/day ) are you able to personally invest in getting your wash up and running??? I believe, this factor is critical to your success chances. Seriously, we very honest in your estimate.

I am quite flexible and will be available however much time this car wash needs for me to get it up and running. The goal with this car wash would it to be self sufficient with not needing no employees or whatnot but still checking on in on the daily and making sure maintenance is up to date and whatnot.
