2 Way Audio in bays

Hi all, we are looking into some sort of 2 way audio to be able to talk to customers when we are not on site. We do have new Lorex camera system but not seeing a Lorex camera with 2 way talk that is compatible with our NVR.
Looking for ideas on what others are using specifically in the iba and ss bays.

One option:
Go to "Ring's" website and look at their refurbished doorbells, you can usually pick them up for about 50 bucks.
You can mount one between two bays or wherever the problem area is and cover it with c-channel bar (drill a hole of course for the camera)
They will think God himself is speaking down to them.

Wyze has 2 way audio. It would be nice to come up with a straightforward way to increase the 2 way audio's sound volume though ... especially to try to talk over a car stereo system &/or the car wash's nozzle noise etc.

Any suggestions on the ability to increase the base volume of a whatever 2 way audio volume.

Some wacko local prosecutors in some parts of the USA possibly might be vicious in trying to say that recording was allowed because of privacy assumed? Hopefully, not. I did hear of it happening in California when an investigative journalist recorded an easily overheard conversation at a restaurant.
