Uninstall car wash equipment

I'm seeking quotes for a professional uninstall of 4 self serve bays and 2 automatics with the equipment removed in condition to resell.

Received a Quote of $13,000 but that seems a little low to me.

It's an entire Coleman hana set up for 4 bays. Must be uninstalled in condition to resell... The equipment is already sold.
Consists of:
4ss each containing
boom
hoses
Wand
Foaming brush hoses and boom
Tricolor wax with hose and gun
Acceptors with bill validator and card reader
Signs
In the equipment room:
Entire water filtration water reclaim and reverse osmosis system.
Consisting of 2 --6' tall blue steel tanks I can't reach around, 2 Pearl colored fiber glass tanks that are about 6' as well but not as big around and a hydraulic pump for the 2 automatics
The controllers for the 2 automatics
The tri color foam wax system
The soap tanks
everything is still functional if I flip a switch everything has to be removed per the contract down to stripling copper pipes out.
All hoses and wires must be pulled everything

And, the condition of the original install CAN affect the removal of the equipment. I think this would require a site survey by those who will remove. Also, does this stuff need to be palleted/crated for shipping?
